We are seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager (RSM) to drive revenue growth and expand market presence across key territories. This role is ideal for a strategic, relationship‑oriented sales leader with deep experience in logistics, supply chain, or transportation solutions. The RSM will own the full sales cycle while managing long‑term client relationships and collaborating closely with internal operations teams.
About the Role The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for delivering sales results that support organizational growth targets. This includes leveraging an existing book of business, identifying new opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and executing sales strategies to expand the customer base across multiple industry verticals. This role provides solutions across import/export logistics, transportation, warehousing, and customs brokerage. Strong communication skills and consultative selling capability are essential.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage a strong sales pipeline using your network and market knowledge
Maintain and grow key account portfolios for long‑term success
Prospect new clients across targeted industries and convert opportunities into revenue
Conduct onsite and virtual customer meetings, sales presentations, and capability discussions
Identify cross‑sell and upsell opportunities within existing accounts
Collaborate closely with operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery
Provide strategic insights on business development and market positioning
Prepare accurate sales forecasts, reports, proposals, and client presentations
Maintain customer and sales data in the CRM with strong attention to detail
Participate in regular in‑office collaboration with operational and sales colleagues
Support special projects and initiatives as assigned by leadership
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain, or related field preferred
10+ years of proven logistics, transportation, or supply chain sales experience
Established book of business and strong industry network
Demonstrated success in account management, customer relationships, and deal negotiation
Strong business acumen with the ability to communicate value clearly
Excellent oral and written communication skills, including presentation delivery
CRM proficiency with organized, data‑driven sales processes
Strong multitasking, prioritization, and project management skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
