
Present and sell company products & services to new and existing customers for your designated territory including, but not limited to, mechanical contractors and end-users.
Identifying market growth opportunities in order to prospect and contact new customers
Meet with contractors and engineers to establish, build, and maintain relationships
Work with specifying engineers to help design upcoming projects
Reach agreed upon sales targets for your territory
Resolve customer inquiries
Work directly with estimating department to bid on and secure new construction projects
Project manage jobs for your customer base
Provide support to your customer during bid, through the negotiation process, and after the sale
Qualifications: Knowledge of and/or experience in the commercial HVAC industry
Ability to accept coaching
Self Motivated
Ability to build rapport with clients
Deadline and detail oriented
Degree Preferred, but not required
