Atlantic Group is hiring a Lead Multifamily Superintendent in Richmond, VA for an on‑site leadership role overseeing large‑scale multifamily construction projects. Compensation: $130,000 – $150,000/year + bonus. Location: Richmond, VA. Key Responsibilities
Lead all on‑site construction activities for multifamily projects, coordinating trades and maintaining progress against the project schedule. Develop and execute look‑ahead schedules, sequencing subcontractor activities to ensure efficient workflow and timely milestone completion. Implement and enforce site safety programs, conduct toolbox talks, and maintain compliance with OSHA and project‑specific safety requirements. Enforce quality standards, conduct inspections, and ensure work complies with plans, specifications, and local building codes. Manage subcontractor performance, resolve field issues, and communicate effectively with project managers, inspectors, and ownership teams. Qualifications
10–20 years of experience with a general contractor on multifamily construction projects, including leadership on ground‑up or large‑scale builds. Strong knowledge of construction means and methods, scheduling, plan reading, and field coordination; construction management software experience preferred. Deep familiarity with multifamily construction sequencing, inspections, and jurisdictional requirements. Proven field leader with strong problem‑solving abilities, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple trades in a fast‑paced, on‑site environment. Application Notice
