Job Description
Cintas is seeking a Route Service Sales Representative - UltraClean to manage and grow customer accounts.
Key Responsibilities
Provide excellent customer service to a set customer base on a weekly, bi‑weekly, or monthly basis by cleaning customer surfaces using customized no‑touch cleaning equipment
Drive a company‑owned step van to customer stops and lift equipment into and out of accounts
Grow the route by selling additional products and services to current customers
Ensure customer satisfaction by responding to inquiries and proactive problem solving
Maintain equipment and vehicle interior; build rapport with customers
Develop customer service and relationship building skills
Required Qualifications
Active driver’s license
Minimum 21 years of age
DOT medical certification prior to first day of employment
Documentation of previous employment
Ability to meet physical requirements of the position
High School diploma, GED or military service
Strong customer service orientation
Self‑motivation & drive to work in a teamwork environment
Positive attitude with ambition, organization, and service spirit
