Answer inbound phone calls, internet inquiries, and chats Provide guests with timely, relevant responses to address customer questions and needs Facilitate providing guests price and purchasing information Provide payment options and quotes Generate sales and acquisition appointments Manage organizers to stay up to date with follow up of all active guests Adhere to specific outreach cadence required for new inquiries Maintain a thorough understanding of KPIs Minimum 1 year call center or sales focused experience Able to set priorities, multi-task, and achieve goals Ability to perform in a fast paced environment Ability to work on a team Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal Highly proficient in verbal phone skills Ability to establish and maintain strong internal and external relationships Strong organizational and time management skills Must be adaptable to change Proficient using a computer Evening and weekend schedule availability required All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
