Role Description This is a full‑time, on‑site Keyholder role located in the United States. The Keyholder will assist the store leadership team in managing daily operations, including opening and closing duties, ensuring smooth store functionality, and maintaining visual merchandising standards. Responsibilities also include providing exceptional customer service, promoting brand values, and building meaningful relationships with customers and team members. Additionally, the Keyholder will help lead and motivate the team to meet sales goals and will act as a leader on duty in the absence of store management.
Qualifications
Customer service and sales skills, with a focus on meaningful engagement and relationship building.
Leadership and team management experience, including motivating and mentoring team members.
Merchandising and retail operations skills, including handling cash, visual displays, and maintaining inventory standards.
Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills.
Passion for fashion, philanthropy, and working in a team‑oriented, community‑focused environment.
Experience in retail or customer‑facing roles is preferred but not required.
Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
