
We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Account Manager with direct experience in home décor and accessories and a strong understanding of national retail accounts, including HomeGoods. This role supports and grows large corporate retail partnerships to drive revenue, execute strategic sales plans, and identify new growth opportunities.
This role is remote, but ideally someone located in the Eastern or Central Time Zone. There will be travel to accounts, home office, and trade shows as needed.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and grow national retail accounts within the home décor and accessories category, including direct experience with HomeGoods Support and expand existing key accounts while identifying new corporate retail opportunities Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet or exceed annual revenue targets Build and maintain strong relationships with merchants and retail partners Analyze sales performance, market trends, and competitive activity to inform account strategy Create clear, compelling PowerPoint presentations for seasonal line reviews and programs Track monthly sales performance against budget Partner cross-functionally to manage the full sales lifecycle from pitch through delivery Manage quote sheets, cost files, and account documentation Provide input on product assortments and process improvements Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field Existing relationships or direct selling experience with HomeGoods strongly preferred Strong grasp of retail math and account-level sales strategy Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple large accounts simultaneously Strong communication and presentation skills Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Office Results-driven, adaptable, and comfortable in a fast-changing retail environment
