Collins Comfort Masters is currently seeking a Sales Manager, who will be responsible for leading and managing 12-16 Field Sales Representatives in our HVAC and Water divisions. With your high business acumen, you'll work toward meeting our company objectives through analyzing metrics, utilizing a hands‑on approach with your team, and leading with our mission statement & company values. This is a full‑time position that will require traveling to residential properties and conducting ride‑alongs with Sales Representatives to identify coaching, training, and mentoring opportunities. A company vehicle and gas card will be provided. Schedules are typically Monday‑Friday, with the occasional Saturday.

What Will I Do? Our Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the sales activities within the company. The Sales Manager will build and maintain relationships with clients, identify new business opportunities, and drive growth in sales while leading a team of comfort consultants and other sales representatives, set sales targets, develop sales strategies, and ensure the achievement of revenue goals.

Drive new sales for the company in a professional manner consistent with the company’s integrity and customer‑care standards

Manage and lead a team of Sales Advisors through metrics and motivation

Determine needs and then provide solutions that solve the customer’s issues while generating a high rate of referral‑based sales

Perform sales presentations as outlined in company selling process

Educate potential customers on value; Inform customers of all special promotions and the benefits of high efficiency and optimal equipment/products

Document service performed and make recommendations by completing applicable forms, reports, logs and/or records

Attend field appointments with customers as scheduled

Represent the company in a professional manner consistent with the company’s integrity and customer‑care standards

Do I Have What It Takes?

8+ years B2C sales experience (Home Installation and Repair highly desired)

5+ years Sales Management experience

Excellent listening skills and the ability to deliver an extraordinary customer experience

Proficiency in Microsoft, CRM, and other related computer skills

Proven experience in achieving a Sales Budget and setting clear Goals/Metrics/KPI's

Possess strong verbal, written and presentation skills

Ability to participate in and facilitate group meetings, develop a strong team, coach and mentor existing professionals.

Drives Integrity in team and regularly promotes a positive company image

Results‑driven mentality, thriving in a high‑energy environment

HVAC, Water Treatment, and Plumbing knowledge (preferred)

In‑Home Sales and Management Experience (preferred)

Ride‑Along Assessments (preferred)
