Recruitment is one of the oldest, most established industries, and we're out to change it completely through automation. To make that dream come true, we need people with a fire in their belly who would rather deliver unpleasant truths to customers rather than slap together a quick fix. This isn't a 9-to-5 job that delivers the same experience every day, but a place where once in a while, you wake up with a burning desire to implement a new solution and to test the heck out of it.
We’re looking for energetic, driven, and customer-centric individuals who love helping potential customers understand value and move confidently toward purchase decisions. As an Inbound Sales Representative at Talkpush, you’ll play a key role in engaging prospects, qualifying incoming leads, and guiding them through our sales funnel with clarity, professionalism, and enthusiasm.
You’re a proactive self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth SaaS environment. You think strategically, communicate clearly, and are excited to represent a global HR tech brand in a high-impact, customer-facing role.
The Role As an Inbound Sales Representative, you’ll be the first point of contact for prospects exploring Talkpush. You will handle inbound inquiries across multiple channels, understand prospect needs, deliver compelling product explanations, and help move qualified leads toward demos, trials, and eventual conversion. You will work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to ensure a seamless experience from first touch to handoff.
This role requires deep product understanding, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to identify sales opportunities through consultative conversations. You’ll also contribute insights that help improve lead qualification, customer journeys, and sales processes.

Respond promptly to inbound inquiries via chat, email, and web forms.
Qualify leads based on need, budget, timeline, and fit.
Conduct initial discovery calls to understand prospect challenges and goals.
Provide high-level product walkthroughs and clarify Talkpush’s value proposition.
Book demos for Account Executives and ensure seamless handoff.
Maintain accurate records of all prospect interactions in CRM.
Prioritize high-intent leads and follow up consistently to keep conversations moving.
Identify cross-sell or upsell opportunities during qualification.
Become an expert in Talkpush’s product, use cases, and real-world applications.
Recommend the right package or solution based on each prospect’s needs.
Identify common objections or pain points and relay insights to Sales & Marketing.
Assist in improving inbound scripts, workflows, and lead routing rules.
Process & Documentation
Maintain clean, detailed notes in CRM for transparency and team alignment.
Help update internal sales materials, FAQs, and knowledge-base content.
Flag recurring issues or questions that could improve our top-of-funnel experience.
Participate in revenue team meetings and contribute insights to improve conversion.
Qualifications
Experience in Sales, SDR/BDR roles, or inbound lead qualification (SaaS or CRM experience preferred).
Fluent in English (additional languages are a strong plus).
Excellent communication across phone, email, chat, and video.
Strong writing skills and the ability to simplify complex information.
Ability to prioritize multiple conversations and manage time effectively.
Comfortable working remotely and collaborating across time zones.
Analytical mindset with the ability to identify lead quality and patterns.
Proactive attitude with strong initiative and ownership.
Familiarity with HubSpot, Salesforce, or other CRMs preferred.
