This role involves front-line sales activity, virtual office responsibilities, and collaboration with our Operations Team to ensure every event runs smoothly. Responsibilities
Respond to all event inquiries and turn inquiries into booked events. Learn the features and benefits of our distinctive properties and event options and relay them effectively to clients as you book events across multiple venues. Meet and exceed your individual sales KPI targets. Stay organized when managing a large client Rolodex and multiple venues; juggle the pipeline, office tasks, and meetings like a pro. Plan events with clients, coordinate details through the day of the party, and actively manage the client relationship during and after the event to encourage repeat business. Be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, especially during peak seasons. Stay connected with your team on camera for virtual meetings and coaching sessions to build team camaraderie. Who You Are
You’re an experienced sales professional who thrives on feedback and friendly competition. You excel at guest service and interpersonal communication, turning ordinary events into memorable celebrations and achieving KPIs. Desired Skills
1+ years in Sales (Event Sales and Multi-unit sales a plus) Proficient in Outlook, Microsoft Teams, and Excel Strong verbal and written communication skills Feedback-driven with the ability to own and resolve problems Time management and strong organizational skills Adaptability Requirements
Designated workspace that is quiet and free from distractions Reliable high-speed internet connection (minimum: 30-50 Mbps download and 10-20 Mbps upload) Ability to travel for company-paid trips to the office once per quarter Who We Are
