We’re seeking a driven and experienced Regional Sales Manager to lead growth across the Southeast U.S. This is a hands-on business development and sales role focused on expanding market share and doubling regional sales over the next few years. You’ll be part of a collaborative, performance-driven organization built on respect, integrity, and transparency—with no corporate politics and a flat structure designed for success.

Ideal Candidate Profile

Proven success in the window and door, glass or building envelope industry.

Strong track record in business development and working with architects

Skilled in sales strategy, closing deals, and negotiation

Excellent communicator with a proactive, engaging personality

Self-starter with high energy and enthusiasm

Role Details

Home-based office with 50% travel (every other week)

Occasional international travel

Preferred locations: Atlanta, Orlando, or Charlotte

Must have a valid driver’s license, passport, and personal vehicle

Compensation Package

$100K base salary

$50K potential bonus

Car allowance, health benefits, 401K
