Outside Sales Representative

to take responsibility for growing our business.

Candidate must live in the sales territory The

Outside Sales Representative

is responsible for the overall relationship and management of day‑to‑day sales activities toward cabinet and furniture manufacturers, and residential and commercial woodworkers in the territory. The role involves structured consultative sales discussions, both in person and virtually, ultimately serving as a business advisor to customers.

What We Are Looking For

Experience in sales, optimally outside sales within the building materials or construction industries

Eager to learn, with a passion for providing solutions to customers and a drive to achieve successful sales growth

Knowledge or experience within building materials, bathroom or kitchen cabinetry, closets, millwork, etc. is preferred

Highly motivated, able to self‑direct and manage your own time and responsibilities, and plan and organize

Able to learn and proficiently use our CRM program to track daily activity, plan and optimize sales calls, and follow up with customers’ requests or needs

Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications; must be able to effectively use Excel, Word, and Outlook for daily responsibilities and tasks

As this position requires regular automobile travel, you must have your own independent, reliable transportation. You will be in the field, making in‑person visits to customers three to four days per week

May require occasional lifting or moving of objects up to 50 lbs.

Compensation And Benefits

Estimated total annual earnings (base pay + commission + bonus) for the first 1–2 years: $75,000 – $105,000 (no cap on commissions; earnings likely increase over time)
