As a Hybrid Inside Sales Representative, you’ll generate sales by providing exceptional customer service. You’ll take inbound and outbound calls from potential customers, help them understand how our wireless services enable them to play, work and live better, and work remotely from the convenience of your home office. You’ll work in a commissions‑based environment, with a base pay and target individual‑based commission that can increase with performance. Primary Responsibilities

Generate sales by using passion for technology and customer service to expand Verizon’s network. Learn and uncover customers’ needs by creating connections and asking the right questions. Position product insights and solution recommendations to provide customers with a complete sales solution. Close sales by using phenomenal communication skills to fulfill customer needs with simple and intuitive tech solutions. Continuously develop yourself through ongoing training and up‑skill in operational functions across merchandising and inventory. Handle an average of 30‑40 consistent inbound and outbound calls per day with little to no downtime between calls. Benefits and Compensation

This is a hybrid role that requires three weekly in‑office days as set by the hiring manager. Your home must be located within the state of Florida and within a reasonable commute to the Verizon hub location: 7701 E Telecom Pkwy, Temple Terrace, FL. Home Office and Virtual Office Requirements

Home office within Florida and reasonable commute to hub. Internet service with a direct connection to a cable or fiber modem capable of at least 25 Mbps; wireless connections or DSL are not acceptable. A dedicated quiet, private workspace. Verizon conducts periodic home audits via webcam to ensure your workspace meets requirements. What We’re Looking For

You’re a technologist who looks to others for advice on the latest technology. You thrive on challenging commission‑based sales targets and can work effectively in an at‑home environment that lacks direct supervision. You are persistent, skilled at communication and build rapport easily with all types of people. Qualifications

Associate’s degree or one or more years of relevant experience, demonstrated through work experience and/or military experience. Willingness to work in a sales commission‑based environment. Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Meet all home office requirements listed above. Even better if you have an Associate’s Degree. Experience handling inbound and outbound customer calls to achieve sales. 2 or more years of sales experience. Equal Employment Opportunity
