Manager, Carrier Sales – DAS & Wireless

Job Summary AFL Wireless Services is seeking a manager, Carrier Sales to grow and manage relationships with Tier-1 wireless carriers, supporting network deployment programs and driving adoption of AFL’s wireless services, design capabilities, and solutions portfolio. This role focuses on pipeline generation, relationship management, solution positioning, commercial execution, and monetizing AFL’s wireless services and technical strengths.

Responsibilities Carrier Account Development

Identify, pursue, and qualify revenue opportunities with Tier-1 wireless carriers and carrier partners.

Build, manage, and grow a carrier-facing pipeline across AFL wireless offerings.

Drive full business development activities including prospecting, qualification, stakeholder engagement, solution positioning, and commercial negotiation.

Services & Solution Sales

Promote and sell AFL’s wireless services including network design and engineering.

Sell DAS and in-building wireless design services, integration, optimization, and support services.

Support carrier adoption of Beam Wireless and OTS (Outside the Stadium/Structure) solutions.

Align with carrier-led initiatives such as densification, capacity relief, and spectrum deployment.

Internal Collaboration

Work with AFL’s internal carrier-facing teams to support account positioning and commercial timing.

Collaborate with Engineering and Operations team to scope services and ensure delivery feasibility.

Collaborate with Finance and Legal to structure SOWs, pricing, and commercial terms aligned with AFL objectives.

Proposal & Deal Execution

Lead proposal development for carrier-facing service opportunities.

Manage pricing inputs and scope clarification to maintain competitive positioning.

Support repeatable engagement models and packaged offerings for scalable deployment.

Industry Positioning

Represent AFL in market conversations, industry events, and technical forums impacting carrier strategy.

Monitor competitor offerings and help differentiate AFL’s combined design, deployment, and manufacturing capabilities.

Qualifications

8–15+ years of experience working with wireless carriers or telecom engineering services.

Deep understanding of DAS, in-building wireless, RF engineering, and network design.

Experience selling technical services, not only capital deployments.

Strong negotiation, communication, and account management capabilities.

Existing Tier-1 carrier relationships strongly preferred.

Working Conditions

Use of standard office equipment.

Frequent driving.

Frequent overnight travel.

General hours of Monday through Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm. But ability to provide support during and outside regular business hours is required.

Must be able to work in the United States.
