
Overview
Retailer experts are required to execute client plans and grow our client’s business within each retailer faster than the category and the retailer themselves. The role focuses on creating and sustaining client satisfaction through business plan development and owning client execution strategies with assigned retailers. Responsibilities
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and customers within a geographic region, understanding goals and objectives. Present targeted strategic client plans to strengthen brand activation based on customer knowledge. Execute strategic plans for all client brands to retailers, covering sales, share, distribution, promotion, pricing, merchandising, and financial management. Communicate ongoing client team status, opportunities, and expectations to achieve the client business plan. Transfer knowledge about customer changes and insights to drive understanding across relevant positions. Use CROSSVIEW as the business planning and execution framework to drive consistency and efficiency internally. Assist Business Account Manager(s) in developing targeted strategic client plans and strengthening brand activation. Sell additional services to clients through performance analysis and insights. Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred or 10+ years of sales experience in the CPG industry. Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Excel with pivot tables, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint. Other Functions: Retailer knowledge, clear communication of insights, persuasive selling, and professionalism. Performance Metrics: On-budget execution of sales plan; new item acceptances; client growth; customer service (NPS). Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Consultative selling and negotiation, category management knowledge, business acumen, organizational and time‑management skills, customer service orientation, and professionalism. Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: Valid driver’s license. Travel: Ability to travel within the U.S. for client meetings as needed. Language: English is the primary language skill; bilingual skills may be required based on business necessity. About Us
