
Veronica Beard is looking for a Marketing Manager to join our growing team. This role reports into the Senior Director of Integrated Communications and is based in our NYC office.
Responsibilities
Partner with merchandising, retail, design and digital teams on Veronica Beard collaborations —from concept through execution.
Brand activ and special projects management
Create brand strategy briefs for campaigns and collaborations with measurable KPIs and ROI tracking alongside Integrated Marketing team
Oversee creation, editing, and distribution of all internal communication decks in a timely matter
Track media coverage, compile reports, and identify new opportunities to amplify brand visibility.
Assist in managing budgets, timelines, and calendars related to PR, partnerships, and international initiatives.
Serve as the main liaison for international teams, supporting local communication and marketings strategies and ensuring global alignment on messaging, launches, and media initiatives.
Support the development of storytelling moments around collections, events, and key brand initiatives.
Work with the Special Events team on event strategy, providing communications support
Qualifications
6+ years of experience in communications, PR, or brand partnerships (fashion, lifestyle, or consumer brand experience preferred).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an eye for detail and design.
Strong project management and organizational skills; comfortable juggling multiple priorities.
Experience working with international teams and/or external agencies a plus.
Program efficiency with Launchmetrics, Tribe and Dash Social or similar programs
The base salary range for this role is between $90,000 and $100,000. The relevant base salary will vary depending on wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including but not limited to, skill sets, experience, training, degrees, and certifications. The base salary is just one component of our total compensation offerings, which consist of a comprehensive benefits package as well as a short-term incentive program, clothing allowance, and merchandise discounts.
