Growth Marketing Project Coordinator

This exciting opportunity to help drive customer acquisition starts as a
6-month W2 contract
offering a
hybrid schedule
at the flagship Manhattan office, competitive

extension or conversion
to permanent employment.
Responsibilities
Coordinate with both local and international stakeholders to align on paid media campaign strategies and timelines
Develop and manage project plans for marketing campaigns and creative content delivery
li>Identify and troubleshoot risks to ensure timely campaign launches Facilitate daily updates and weekly meetings to relay priorities and ensure alignment across multiple departments
Oversee the QA and distribution of creative assets
Contribute to process improvements and workflow optimization initiatives
Activate social marketing campaigns and manage global marketing assets
Cultivate strong relationships with cross-functional partners to streamline project execution
Skills & Experience
3+ years
of experience in
digital marketing ,
project management , or
creative operations
(preferably within a global or fast-paced environment)
Comfortable using project management and asset tools such as
Airtable
and
Box , or similar software
Track record of successfully delivering projects involving multiple cross-functional teams
Strong understanding of best practices in digital creative and direct-to-consumer marketing
Proactive problem solver with outstanding communication skills and a positive, collaborative approach
Exposure to
sports
and/or
entertainment marketing
is a plus
Ability to efficiently manage multiple priorities in an evolving environment
