Job Title Senior Sales Support Specialist

Location Henderson - Green Valley

What You’ll Do The Sales Support Specialist provides support to the Relationship Manager by servicing various banking clients and assisting in the resolution of customer issues. You’ll partner with Relationship Managers to ensure problems are resolved to the satisfaction of our customers. Additional responsibilities include assisting with account analysis, service charge waivers, e‑deposit, and ACH renewals, and producing several reports for executive management.

Key Responsibilities

Support management and the team with pipeline and prospect management within CRM; provide daily guidance to the department in the areas of deposits and account servicing; work directly with customers on issues and resolve problems pertaining to their accounts.

Provide excellent customer service and represent the bank in a professional and responsible manner.

Adhere to compliance, security, state and federal regulations, bank policies, procedures, and goals.

Gather information pertaining to loan packages and coordinate submission to underwriting and documentation; may accompany Relationship Managers on customer calls and interviews to understand the business relationship/loan request and aid in developing strategies to meet customer needs.

Provide research on loan and deposit accounts as needed; complete E‑Deposit and ACH renewals; assist in setting up new accounts.

What You’ll Need

4+ years of related experience or a similar field.

High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.

Intermediate to advanced knowledge of general banking operations, including deposit operations, loan administration, treasury management, and/or other commercial banking products and services.

Intermediate to advanced knowledge of applicable regulatory and legal compliance obligations, rules and regulations, industry standards and practices.

Intermediate to advanced knowledge of various word processing and spreadsheet software.

Intermediate to advanced customer service experience.

Advanced speaking and writing communication skills.

Compensation Salary range for new hires is generally $73,085.00 - $90,278.00 for Henderson, NV. Salary amount is determined by specific job location. In addition, the role may be eligible for annual bonus/incentives earned.
