Cindavi is a technical recruiting firm that places engineers and life sciences professionals with companies that value long-term fit and technical excellence.
This Customer Success Manager role is built to deepen relationships with our current customers so we capture more work from accounts where we already have signed agreements and a trusted presence.
Job Description You will own the health of a portfolio of existing client accounts and be the primary relationship lead for clients who already work with Cindavi. Your day-to-day focus will be less on cold outreach and more on in-depth relationship building: setting alerts for new openings, running monthly touchpoints and strategic meetings, saturating accounts so we are top of mind when hiring needs arise, and ensuring we convert those opportunities into active searches and placements.
This is a high-impact, measurable role for someone who enjoys consultative client work and wants to build account-level revenue over time.
What You’ll Do
Set up and maintain alerts for every active client so you receive real-time visibility into new openings and hiring activity.
Own monthly touchpoints and cadence with each client, including recurring check-ins, quarterly business reviews, and ad-hoc strategy meetings.
Build account plans that map hiring needs, stakeholders, hiring cycles, and internal resources so we maximize coverage of open roles.
Proactively surface opportunities from existing relationships and coordinate internal recruiting teams to win the work.
Execute account saturation strategies to ensure Cindavi is the preferred vendor for all appropriate roles under our agreements.
Track and report account health metrics in our CRM/ATS: roles opened, roles filled, fill rate, time-to-fill, client satisfaction, and revenue generated per account.
Serve as the client advocate internally: communicate feedback, improve processes, and ensure high quality delivery from recruiters and sourcers.
Manage renewals, scope changes, and basic commercial discussions when appropriate, escalating complex negotiations to senior leadership.
Maintain accurate account documentation and forecasting to support leadership decision making.
Who This Role Is For
A relationship-focused professional with 1–5 years in account management, client success, recruiting, or staffing who prefers building accounts over high-volume outbound.
Someone who enjoys leading monthly and quarterly client meetings, creating account plans, and staying top of mind with customers.
A strong communicator and collaborator who can translate client needs to internal teams and coordinate delivery.
Process driven and results oriented, comfortable with CRM/ATS tools, alerts for client openings, and tracking account health and revenue.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience preferred.
1–5 years in account management, client success, recruiting, or a closely related role.
Experience with staffing or service-based businesses strongly preferred.
Comfortable working to measurable account goals and quotas.
Comfortable leading monthly and quarterly client meetings.
