What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customers, connecting with key personnel to understand their needs
Develop and implement customer strategies to drive sales growth of Animal Health products and services
Collaborate with National Account Managers and Distribution Partners to maintain focus on key accounts
Analyze monthly sales results and manage expenses within budget guidelines
Stay updated on Animal Health products, industry trends, and competitor landscape
What is Required (Qualifications)
High school diploma or equivalent required
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
Proven ability to achieve measurable results and work collaboratively
Proficient computer skills, including MS Office and Salesforce
Ability to manage multiple customer accounts simultaneously and travel as needed
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Bachelor's degree preferred
Sales experience or experience within the Animal Health industry
Knowledge of animal health biological and pharmaceutical products
Multi-lingual fluency preferred, particularly in Spanish
Understanding or past experience working with distribution
