Sales Team
in our Residential Division! This position is territory based and appointments will be assigned in the territory of Baltimore City. Territory Sales Associate
You will be responsible for meeting with customers at their homes. All customers have pre‑scheduled appointments. You will meet with customers to show them all of our products. Our products include a variety of fencing styles: decks, patios, porches, gates, sun‑rooms, gazebos, and much more. Long® Fence Offers

Excellent verbal/written communication skills. Reliable transportation and valid driver's license. Ability to work a full‑time, flexible schedule, including Saturday's. Superior customer service skills and professional demeanor. Ambitious, self‑motivated individuals who want to join a winning team. Experience using Salesforce is a plus! This position is full‑time, exempt. Hours will be based on appointments scheduled Monday‑Saturday. Compensation Includes Base Plus Commission. The minimum compensation for this position is $59,000.00 annually. The maximum compensation for this position is $75,000.00 annually. Compensation above is based on commission averages and is not guaranteed.
