Responsibilities Be prompt when calling prospects at the appointment time
Contact potential customers through phone and email
Present our insurance products and services to potential customers and answer any questions they may have
Meet or exceed monthly sales targets
Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer and sales records in our CRM system
Collaborate with other team members to develop and implement sales strategies
Qualifications Health and Life License
Must be licensed in at least 20 states
Proven experience as an inside sales representative or in a related role
Knowledge of insurance products and services
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong organizational and time management skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM software
Compensation
$90,000 - $130,000 yearly
