We are seeking an experienced, customer-focused Principal Product Manager to lead the development of innovative AI and ML-powered solutions in clean room solutions. This role will play a pivotal part in helping advertisers measure, analyze, and optimize their campaigns across Amazon Ads using advanced artificial intelligence and machine learning capabilities. By delivering performance reporting and actionable insights powered by ML models, our team empowers global advertisers to connect their media investments with real customer outcomes. Responsibilities
As part of the Amazon Marketing Cloud team, you will:
- Define the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of technical solutions that leverage AI and ML to help advertisers maximize their brand-building efforts.
- Collaborate with engineering, data science, and ML engineering teams to build robust, AI-driven reporting products and predictive analytics capabilities.
- Help advertisers understand the effectiveness of their campaigns through ML-powered insights and identify optimization opportunities using intelligent algorithms.
- Drive adoption by partnering with internal and external stakeholders.
- Work backward from the customer to identify needs and partner with engineering to build scalable event-driven architectures that process billions of impressions and conversions daily using ML pipelines.
- Develop AI-powered recommendation systems for campaign optimization.
Key Requirements
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering AI/ML-powered, data-driven products at scale, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. They will possess:
- AI/ML Expertise: Deep understanding of machine learning concepts, algorithms, and their practical applications in product development, including supervised and unsupervised learning, predictive modeling, and recommendation systems.
- Technical Proficiency: Experience working with ML frameworks, data pipelines, and AI-powered analytics platforms; ability to collaborate effectively with data scientists and ML engineers.
- AI Product Strategy: Demonstrated ability to identify opportunities for AI/ML integration, define ML product requirements, and evaluate model performance and business impact.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Strong analytical skills with experience leveraging AI/ML insights to drive product strategy and customer outcomes.
- Scalability Focus: Experience building ML solutions that process large-scale data and serve millions of users.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, enabling effective influence of stakeholders, translating complex AI/ML concepts for non-technical audiences, and driving cross-functional collaboration between product, engineering, data science, and ML teams.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 4+ years of end-to-end product delivery experience
- 8+ years of technical product or program management experience
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
- Experience owning feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working directly with Engineers on product enhancements
- Experience in project management methodologies, business analysis, or process improvement
- Experience with and deep understanding of advertising technologies (i.e., ad server, DSP)

Compensation and Benefits
The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
