We currently operate out of 40+ branches across the nation and are looking to expand our footprint into more locations soon.
Job Description Our Repossession Agents are equipped with all of the tools needed to be successful. United offers Agent training, a brand-new fleet of state‑of‑the‑art trucks, and the latest technological tools custom designed to assist our Agents in maximizing their earning potential and performance. Newly hired agents will undergo intensive five‑day training at our corporate headquarters in Memphis, TN (travel, meals, and accommodation are covered by United). The training includes classroom sessions and field practice with a Field Operations Manager, giving agents hands‑on experience and a comprehensive understanding of the role.
Required Experience & Qualifications
A self‑starter with the drive and discipline to perform successfully under limited supervision.
Basic mechanical skill; United will teach the necessary knowledge for vehicle strapping and maintenance.
A naturally curious soul willing to dig in and take the extra step necessary to achieve success.
Excellent communication skills. Clear, confident communication makes you a power‑player in the field.
What You Need
Be 23 years of age or older with a clean driving record approved by our insurance.
Have a DOT physical card or the ability to pass a DOT Physical.
