Description Westlake Financial is hiring a Sales Operations Supervisor to lead a results-driven team focused on sales performance, lead conversion, and customer retention in the automotive finance space. This leadership role will manage daily sales operations, implement new strategies, and drive revenue growth through smarter processes and stronger execution.
What You’ll Do
Lead and manage a team responsible for daily sales activity, including inbound/outbound lead follow-up
Develop and implement strategic plans to drive lead conversion and improve customer acquisition
Track performance metrics and KPIs; identify opportunities to improve sales processes
Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and leadership to align on growth goals
Provide coaching, performance feedback, and hands‑on support to your team
Prepare reports, presentations, and insights for senior management
Support rollout of new projects, tools, and workflows to improve team efficiency
✅ What You Bring
2–4 years of experience in
sales operations ,
inside sales leadership , or
customer retention management
Strong understanding of CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Results‑driven mindset with a passion for data, metrics, and process optimization
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Automotive finance
or
dealership
experience preferred but not required
Base pay: $75,000/year
Monthly bonus potential
Total compensation up to $95,000/year
The exact starting compensation will be determined at the time of hire and depends on several factors including geographic location, experience, skill set, education, and applicable credentials.
