Position overview

Highlights : Work with an experienced team that prioritizes its employees and customers.

Job Type : Customer Service Representative

Work Hours : Full-time - Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM

Hourly Compensation : $17-24/hr

Benefits : Medical, life insurance, a 401K with match, PTO, and year-round work.

Location : Riverdale, NJ

Customer Service Representative qualifications

High School diploma or equivalent

1-3 years of customer service and/or HVAC dispatcher experience

Intermediate knowledge of concepts, practices, and procedures related to dispatching

Excellent grammar and writing skills

Great phone skills are required!

Light Sales experience a plus

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word)

Customer service skills

Physical ability to sit for long periods of time

HVAC office experience is a plus but not required.

Knowledge of Service Titan and Quickbooks is a plus!
