Merion Golf Club is seeking an experienced Full‑time Floral Designer to provide and maintain fresh flower arrangements throughout the areas of the Club, including but not limited to dining areas, private parties and special events. Responsibilities

Order flowers/supplies and coordinate with other departments to ensure arrangements are appropriate to space, table size, linens, etc. Meet with members to plan, present quotes, stay informed of upcoming events/setups and maintain the floral program within club budget. Test applicants on design ability and maintain program quality under budget constraints. Qualifications

3+ years of experience working with flowers in a fast‑paced setting. Stylistically diverse with a sincere desire to learn and design. Ability to multitask and handle stressful situations. Knowledgeable in a variety of designs and styles. Organized and self‑motivational. Positive attitude and self‑starter who anticipates club needs and takes pride in work. Ability to lift 50 lbs. and kneel, lift, bend, stand, walk, and climb for extended periods. Benefits
