As a Senior Meat Cutter you will drive sales in your area to deliver to our members more of what they love, for less. You will work collaboratively with other associates to ensure the total club meets the member’s expectations. What you'll do

Collab with cross‑functional teams, coach associates on tools and resources, communicate effectively, develop interpersonal skills for customer service, be flexible to business needs, track goods, maintain inventory, and control shrinkage. Maintain in‑depth knowledge of meat types, seasonality, equipment usage, and back‑room operations; process meat per specifications, ensure food safety and sanitation guidelines, manage inventory, and keep equipment sanitized. Leverage digital tools to drive sales, improve the shopping experience, and elevate associate engagement; use handheld technology for immediate decisions on production, training, and product quality; adapt to new tools and encourage peer use. Drive business results, commit to operational excellence, plan profitability, maintain work area per company policies, ensure quality standards for high‑volume meat, eliminate waste, secure fragile merchandise, assist members with purchasing decisions, and package, label, and store items properly. Advocate for the department and club, value the member’s experience in the meat area, model high‑quality service and products, execute basics at the highest level of quality, interact with associates to understand roadblocks, and train them to perform job‑related duties. Comply with company policies, procedures, and ethics; implement action plans using the Open Door Policy and apply them in business processes. Complete assignments and priorities by using policies, data, and resources; collaborate with managers, coworkers, customers'étal partners; identify deadlines, communicate progress, and recommend improvement opportunities while adapting to change. The hourly wage range for this position is $18.00 to $25.00*. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. 6 months’ experience working in a fresh production department. Must be 18 years of age or older.
