Accountabilities
Define and execute channel strategy to drive growth
Implement a multi-channel approach targeting different partner categories
Collaborate with Sales, Legal, Marketing, and Product to manage partnerships
Identify and develop relationships with new channel partners
Maximize sales through existing channel relationships
Position the company's value proposition to channel partners
Generate enthusiasm within the partner community for our solutions
Coordinate go-to-market plans including sales training and incentives
Engage with partners to set and achieve sales targets
Champion the channel program internally to secure necessary investment
Work closely with Sales to establish partnerships
Assist in negotiating and closing channel dealsUtilize SFDC for tracking and reporting on activities and forecasts
Achieve annual quota with documented progress
Participate in performance reviews with management
Requirements
6+ years of experience in channel partnerships or business development
Expertise in the payments industry
Experience collaborating with product and engineering teams
Proven success in implementing channel strategies
History of driving revenue in direct and channel sales roles
Strong negotiation and presentation skillsAbility to work with various levels of management
Accurate forecasting capabilities with Salesforce
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Skilled in building relationships with decision-makers
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Self-motivated with adaptability to change
High degree of integrity and sound judgment
