As a Field Merchandiser, you will independently showcase organization and time management skills, establish retailer relationships, and be the face of Hallmark. Collaborate with store teams to optimize product placement, maintain inventory, and support seasonal resets and installations.
Salary and Schedule Starting pay: $16.00 – $16.50 per hour Variable schedule, 8–10 hours per week Availability before and after major holidays, including weekends
Your Role and Responsibilities Restock, organize, and monitor Hallmark inventory using a mobile device. Support holiday demand with additional hours during peak holidays. Participate in department resets: install fixtures, relocate products. Collaborate with the Hallmark field network to support teammates.
Physical Requirements Push, pull, lift, and carry up to 30 lb frequently and 50 lb occasionally. Kneel, squat, walk, stand, and climb stairs and ladders throughout the workday.
Basic Qualifications At least 18 years old. Read, write, and understand English. Operate a digital handheld device. Access to Wi‑Fi and internet. Consistent transportation between stores.
