Position Summary:
We’re looking for an energetic, self-starting Sales Rep who is passionate about helping homeowners while earning top commissions. In this role, you’ll assess property damage, assist clients through the insurance claim process, and close exterior restoration projects. You’ll receive paid training, company support, and the opportunity to grow within a dynamic, high-performance environment.
Requirements
Meet with homeowners to assess roofing and siding needs
Present solutions and guide customers through the sales process
Build strong customer relationships and manage your own pipeline
Comfortable performing roof inspections (ladder climbing required)
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Key Responsibilities:
Perform on-site inspections for roofing, siding, and gutter damage
Educate customers on their options, including insurance claims and out-of-pocket repairs
Guide homeowners through the insurance claim process, including insurance adjustments
Review scopes of loss and insurance paperwork to ensure accurate coverage
Maintain up-to-date records in our CRM

Strong communication skills and a positive attitude
Coachable mindset and willingness to learn
Self-motivated and comfortable working outdoors
Reliable transportation and smartphone
No sales experience required —
