St. Andrew By-The-Sea United Methodist Church invites applications for the position of pastor of faith formation. In consultation with the senior pastor, this position will focus on discipleship and education for all ages and stages of faith formation programs within the church. The position will develop, coordinate and oversee comprehensive faith formation ministries that nurture spiritual growth, deepen relationships with God, and support life-long faith journeys for children (fifth grade and below), youth (sixth–12th grade) and adults.
