Overview
A title company is seeking a new Title Processor. This is a full time opportunity Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. This is a permanent opportunity that will provide benefits after a short probationary period.
Responsibilities
Take title requests, create new files, and order/clear title.
Review the title commitment and order all liens, payoffs, and estoppels.
Work closely with the realtor, mortgage lender, bank, buyer or seller on each file.
Demonstrate exceptional customer service skills and assist individuals.
Act as Closing Coordinator for your files and prepare preliminary closing disclosures.
Work closely with title agents, real estate title attorneys, title insurance underwriters, title examiner, and post closers.
Qualifications
Advanced understanding of real estate terminology as it relates to the title process.
The company will consider a Real Estate Title Processor with additional roles (Post Closer, Post Closing Specialist or Preprocessor) for the role.
