Cleaning common areas. Taking out trash and recycling. Inspecting furniture, décor, and other fixtures for any needed repairs or deep cleaning. Bringing any safety, physical appearance, or maintenance issues to a manager\'s attention. Ensuring adequate cleaning and repair supplies are available. Helping residents with deliveries (such as groceries, newspapers, dry cleaning, packages, etc.). Working the service elevator. Assisting with emergency response service (such as sidewalk snow removal). Qualifications
Take pride in cleaning and providing a safe environment. Have an eye for detail. Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment. Provide excellent customer service. Respond well to change. Can lift objects up to fifty (50) pounds without assistance. If you meet these qualifications and have prior experience as a Porter in a luxury hotel or residential environment, you may be a great fit for this position. Must be available to work the following schedule: 2:45 p.m. – 11:30 p.m. Days off are to be determined. Pay & Benefits
