Landscape Foreman

Job Location: In-Person, $25-27/Hour, Day Shift, Monday-Friday, Full-Time, Weekends as Needed
Our client is a trusted landscaping company providing reliable maintenance, design, and seasonal services, and they want you to join their team as a Landscape Foreman!
Your day-to-day as a Landscape Foreman:
Lead and work alongside a crew on landscape maintenance and installation projects, including spring/fall cleanups, mowing, trimming, and mulch applications
Oversee plant and garden bed installations, hardscape projects, decorative stone installations, and sod/grass seed installations
Trim and prune shrubs, including ladder work, ensuring safe and precise results
Manage tools, equipment, and materials—transporting, maintaining, and accounting for them as needed
Interact with clients to deliver a world-class experience while keeping trucks and equipment clean and in working order
Your skill set includes:
Previous experience in landscaping or landscape construction required
Ability to operate landscaping tools and equipment safely and effectively
Strong leadership and organizational skills to manage tasks and crew members
Basic mechanical skills for equipment maintenance and troubleshooting
Good communication and customer service skills when interacting with clients
