
Sales Support Representative

The Sales Support Representative works closely with Account Executives and customers to provide a customer experience that exceeds expectations. This role acts as the first point of contact for customers who call or walk in handling a variety of customer requests for both managed and house accounts. Successful and ambitious Sales Support Representatives will have the opportunity to transition into Account Executives in time.
Primary Responsibilities
Work with Account Executives to handle all customer requests including, but not limited to product information, quote requests, artwork, placing orders, order status inquiries and any other various customer needs. Handle inbound phone calls and email requests from all customers, assigned and house accounts. Assist walk in customers with product questions, creating quotes or orders, or with pickups. Identify opportunity with customers, assigned or not, and properly involve sales reps Create online team stores for customers to support company initiatives and customer needs. Other duties as requested Required Skills
Excellent communication via phone, email, and in person Ability to work in a fast paced environment adjusting priorities effectively Works well in a small business environment as a team player Understands technology and is able to learn systems and processes quickly Experience with apparel is a plus.
