Overview
Regional Admissions Advisor – Jackson Campus Location: Jackson, Michigan, United States. This role represents Baker College in Jackson County and surrounding regions, supporting system-wide enrollment growth and community engagement. Responsibilities
Conduct outreach to high schools, CTE centers, community colleges, adult education programs, employers, and community organizations; host campus events; provide tours; advise prospective students and families; support enrollment processes; and connect the college to local workforce and community needs. Build and maintain relationships to drive regional outreach, community engagement, and enrollment advising. Monitor regional trends and track recruitment metrics; collaborate with Admissions colleagues to develop strategies that advance Baker College\'s mission and contribute to sustainable enrollment growth. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred. Minimum of one to three years of experience in higher education admissions, recruiting, community relations, or workforce engagement. Familiarity with Jackson County, Southwestern Michigan, and the surrounding tri-state region is preferred. Valid driver\'s license with a clean driving record. About Baker College
