Job Overview
Title: Kitchen Porter
Type: Full-Time
Location: Bethany Home, Waupaca, Wisconsin
Work type: Onsite
Hours: 7:00 am – 3:30 pm, every other weekend.
Compensation: $17.00 per hour.
Responsibilities
Assist with day-to-day operations in the Food and Beverage department.
Clean and sanitize kitchens, kitchen equipment, dining rooms, and other foodservice-related areas.
Wash dishes, equipment, and utensils.
Sanitize kitchen surfaces.
Provide inventory support and receive deliveries.
Assist other Bethany personnel with tasks as necessary.
Perform other assigned duties.
Qualifications
High school diploma or 3+ years of relevant experience.
Excellent attendance and reliability.
Strong teamwork and customer service skills.
Ability to support residents with dignity, compassion, and respect.
