Campers Inn RV is looking for a

Lot Porter/Forklift Driver ! This role is responsible for driving and towing RVs, using the forklift (varies by location), and maintaining the appearance of the RV lots.

Essential Job Functions This list of duties and responsibilities is not all inclusive and may be expanded to include other duties and responsibilities as management may deem necessary from time to time. This is a safety sensitive position

Transport RV’s to and from service bays, stores, gas stations, repair facilities, and locations

Keeps new- and used-vehicle lots neat and orderly, moving RV's as directed by the general manager and in accordance with dealership display standards

Make a daily inspection of showroom and service entrance doors and wash as necessary

Keep units in a “sale-ready” condition

Maintain Dealership premises as directed by Supervisor/Manager

Assist with pre-delivery inspections

Fill vehicles with gas

Qualifications

Education:

High school diploma or equivalent is required

License & Certifications:

Valid Driver’s license and good driving record is required

Experience:

A minimum of one year detailing experience is preferred

Experience in RV or automotive dealership environment is preferred

Forklift experience/certification preferred

Abilities:

Ability to multi task in a fast-paced environment

Attention to detail

Pride of workmanship and follow-through are essential

Ability to work independently as well as on a team

Ability to drive a tractor and other towing vehicles

Ability to navigate risks associated with working around machines, tools, and RVs

Ability to move RVs of various sizes as needed

Ability to organize various physical tasks through adjusting, climbing ladders, connecting, lifting, pulling, pushing, or bending

Ability to reach above shoulders and lift a minimum of 50 pounds
