Prepare and maintain restaurant tables with special attention to sanitation and organization Greet guests promptly upon arrival and attend to their needs Present menus and assist guests with food and beverage selections Take and serve orders accurately and efficiently Answer questions and make recommendations for complementary items Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service Address guest concerns with professionalism and a positive attitude Issue bills, process payments, and handle basic cashier duties Qualifications
At least 1 year of restaurant or serving experience Hands-on experience with cashiering and POS systems preferred Strong attention to cleanliness and food safety Patient, customer-focused approach Excellent people skills with a friendly attitude Responsible, reliable, and trustworthy Position Details
