$65,000 - $70,000 per year Vecna Robotics seeks a Business Development Representative (BDR) to play a critical role in driving early-stage revenue growth by identifying, engaging, and qualifying prospective customers. This role partners closely with Sales and Marketing to convert inbound demand and outbound campaigns into high-quality pipelines through targeted outreach, discovery conversations, and consistent follow-up. The ideal candidate has excellent communication and organizational skills, a consultative mindset, and is coachable, self-motivated, and eager to learn modern sales methodologies and tools within the warehouse automation and robotics industry. Reporting to the Revenue Growth Manager, this is a full-time role with benefits based in our Waltham, MA office. After onboarding, the BDR team follows a hybrid work model. Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.; Vecna Robotics is unable to sponsor or transfer employment visas at this time. Responsibilities

Execute targeted prospecting efforts within defined industries and named accounts. Conduct campaign follow-up to engage marketing-generated leads and qualify their potential. Schedule discovery calls and collaborate closely with the sales team on the next steps. Provide feedback on campaign performance and lead quality to marketing and sales leadership. Deliver a consistent, professional, and consultative outreach experience across all communication channels, including email, phone, and LinkedIn. What we are looking for

Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or related field, or equivalent relevant work experience. 1 to 3 years of experience in business development, sales, lead generation, or customer-facing roles. Strong understanding of technology solutions, software platforms, and/or industrial or automation products. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer-first mindset. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities. Experience using CRM and sales engagement tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator is a plus. Coachable, curious, and eager to learn modern sales tools, processes, and methodologies. Exposure to B2B sales cycles or enterprise customers. Equal Opportunity
