Responsible for planning social media advertising budget and strategy for paid campaigns on various channels. Build paid campaigns including ad optimization, targeting, bid strategy, placement, and attribution settings.
Develop social and digital campaign media plans and present recommendations to business partners.
Fully build and launch social media and digital advertising campaigns across various social ad platforms.
In-depth knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Snapchat Ads, TikTok Ads and Programmatic Ads.
Boost social media posts.
Manage billing and payment methods for campaign buying.
Optimize campaigns as they run to increase performance.
Build and present reports on campaign performance, with insights and recommendations for the future.
Perform other related duties as required.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Advertising, or related field is required. Four (4) years experience planning, building, and executing social and digital media advertising campaigns with budgets of $100,000 or more. A keen understanding of social media KPIs. Experience creating and testing tracking and conversion pixels. Ability to present to Business Partners and explain social and digital advertising campaign best practices. Ability to manage multiple priorities and campaigns concurrently while meeting deadlines. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. Ability to establish and maintain positive relationships within the organization. Previous experience working in the healthcare industry is preferred. Digital photo and video content creation.
