
Job Summary
Base Pay: $15.05 per hour. Targeted Commission: $1,330/month for a total of $22.74 per hour. Hourly pay plus commission is one part of the total rewards that Comcast provides to compensate and recognize employees for their work. What you will be doing
Work directly with customers in a retail location to evaluate their product needs and provide appropriate recommendations. Deliver outstanding customer service in all interactions. Help customers interpret account statements and pay bills in the store. Answer questions about current or new services, update account data, upgrade service levels, and process general service requests. Act as a brand ambassador to promote Comcast/Xfinity products. Demonstrate expert knowledge of technology and Comcast products and services. Maintain detailed sales product knowledge, including competitive information. Meet goals and metrics in a fun and competitive environment. What you will need to have
High School Diploma or equivalent. Generally 2–5 years related experience; preferred consumer electronics/wireless retail sales experience. Ability to work a full‑time, flexible schedule that includes evenings, weekends, holidays, and a variable schedule. Regular, consistent, and punctual attendance. Ability to carry and/or lift 25‑pound boxes and stand and move constantly in the store. Perks and benefits
