Ramona Convent is in search of an enthusiastic and experienced Summer Camp Director to lead our K-6 summer camp program. The ideal candidate will be passionate about working with children, skilled in program management, and committed to creating a safe, fun, and educational environment. Requirements
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in education, Recreation, Child Development, or related field (preferred) Previous experience in camp leadership or youth program management Strong organizational and leadership skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain) Able to pass a background check Schedule & Compensation: Full-time, seasonal position (June–August) Wage Range The rate of pay offered to the selected candidate is based on internal pay policy and budget. New hires are commonly paid at the minimum of the wage range or within the lower part of the range.
