consultative, in-person sales , value structure and support, and want
strong earning potential without cold calling or prospecting .

What You’ll Be Doing
Meet clients in their homes for scheduled consultations
Assess needs, measure spaces, and recommend custom solutions
Guide customers confidently through the buying decision
Manage your appointments and follow-ups with operational support behind you
Partner with installation and operations teams to ensure a seamless experience

Schedule & Work Style
Field-based role (no desk‑bound work)
Appointments are scheduled and geographically planned
Autonomy in the field with strong back‑end support
If you prefer structured independence — owning your day without being on your own — this role is a strong fit.
Compensation & Training
Transition to
commission‑based earnings with consistent income opportunity
Monthly bonus opportunities tied to customer experience
Who Succeeds in This Role
Proven sales performers (top 10–20%, awards, or documented success)
Professionals comfortable meeting clients in their homes
Strong communication, organization, and follow‑through
Backgrounds that translate well:
In‑home or consultative sales
Real estate or property‑related roles
Luxury retail or client advisory positions
Home improvement or remodeling sales
Must live within ~30 minutes of the Arlington / DC metro area Ability to lift up to 35 lbs
