Oversee sales performance and associated budgets across a geographically dispersed portfolio, ensuring occupancy and revenue goals are met through KPIs and ongoing performance monitoring.
Develop and implement long‑term sales strategies to drive growth across the portfolio.
Coach, mentor, and hold managers accountable to elevate team performance and adoption of best‑in‑class sales practices.
Make informed, strategic decisions by balancing data‑driven insights with field feedback.
Provide executive leadership with insights, trends, and recommendations to guide organizational decisions.
Maintain focus on results while adapting to changing market conditions.
Leadership & Team Management
Cultivate individual strengths and create personalized development plans to drive growth.
Design and implement leadership development programs for managers to strengthen the pipeline of future leaders.
Build a high‑performance, customer‑focused culture that can scale across regions, fostering engagement and accountability.
Recruit, onboard, and retain top talent aligned with company values and strategic priorities.
Process Design & Optimization
Develop, implement and continuously improve scalable sales processes.
Create playbooks, tools, and resources to ensure consistency and efficiency and adoption across teams.
Lead cross‑functional initiatives to implement processes that drive organizational performance and support long‑term growth.
Strategic Collaboration & Expertise
Collaborate with cross‑functional partners and products team to align strategies and maximize results.
Represent the sales organization in strategic planning and transformation initiatives, providing senior leadership with actionable reporting and recommendations.
Present regional performance results, forecasts, and improvement plans to senior leadership to support executive decision‑making.
Maintain deep knowledge of market conditions, competitive landscape, and industry trends, leveraging insights to shape regional and organizational sales strategy.

Qualifications Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
Minimum 8+ years of progressive leadership experience in sales, leasing, or revenue management, with at least 3 years managing multi‑site or geographically dispersed teams.
Real estate or real‑estate‑adjacent industry experience highly preferred.
Proven track record of driving performance through coaching and development, building high‑performing teams, and leading organizational change.
Skills & Expertise
Strategic leadership with ability to design scalable processes and implement transformative initiatives.
Expertise in sales techniques, performance management, and process optimization.
Proficiency in leveraging technology and analytics tools to enhance sales effectiveness and reporting.
