The Director of Alumni Relations develops, manages, and implements programs designed to engage the alumni community while actively contributing toward the fundraising needs of Williamson College of the Trades. The Director collaborates closely with colleagues in Admissions, Student Life, Athletics, Education, and Advancement to identify, cultivate, solicit, and steward alumni engagement and financial giving. Responsibilities
Develop, manage, and implement alumni engagement and fundraising programs. Collaborate with Admissions, Student Life, Athletics, Education, and Advancement to cultivate alumni relationships. Identify, solicit, and steward alumni financial giving. Qualifications
Five years of experience in development, alumni affairs, education, or a related field. Strong interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to build, foster, and maintain positive relationships with alumni, administrators, faculty, trustees, volunteer leaders, students, and donors. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software; familiarity with Raiser’s Edge preferred. Bachelor’s degree required. Willing and able to travel regionally and work some evenings and weekends when required.
