The Social Media Associate Marketing Manager is responsible for executing social media initiatives that drive engagement, brand awareness and revenue growth across social channels. This role collaborates closely with external agencies and internal stakeholders to manage content calendars, oversee campaign execution, and lead analytics reporting. This role will work closely with internal team to translate high-level marketing goals and media objectives into impactful paid media campaigns on social.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead social media analytics and reporting: track KPIs, analyze performance trends, and deliver actionable insights to improve engagement and ROI.
Serve as the primary liaison with social media agency partners to ensure timely execution of campaigns and alignment with lead generation strategy.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure messaging consistency and support cross-functional initiatives.
Monitor platform updates, algorithm changes and industry trends to inform strategy and agency direction.
Identify emerging platforms and strategies to test and scale. Continuously test and evaluate performance strategies to improve with a focus on incrementality.
Leverage regional insights and tailor messaging and strategy to local audiences to improve lead quality and conversion rates.
