The Trade Marketing Officer is responsible for the execution of sales and marketing strategies across the Visayas and Mindanao regions. This role ensures the seamless implementation of all marketing initiatives, conducts in-depth trading area and market analyses to identify growth opportunities. The position also drives customer and community engagement efforts to enhance brand presence and support business objectives.
Execute systemwidepromotional and local store marketing programs ensuring alignment with overall brand strategy.
Ensure brand consistency by checking store merchandising (in-store and out-of-store), reporting compliance, and driving WOW’s standards across assigned markets.
Analyze trading areas, competition and recommend activities to identify opportunities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement systemwide and localized marketing campaigns.
Support community-based marketing activities to build brand affinity.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or any related field
With atleat 2-3 year experience in Trade Marketing in FMCG, QSR or retail
