As the Sr Marketing Specialist and Event Coordinator in our Lake Forest, IL or Kansas City, MOthis role leads the end-to-end planning, coordination, and execution of trade shows and industry events, including cross functional alignment, goal setting, vendor negotiation, logistics management, and onsite execution. It oversees comprehensive marketing performance analytics, covering ROI calculations, email campaigns, webinars, website activity, Salesforce lead and opportunity tracking, and event performance reporting to drive data informed decision making. The position also supports B2B communications efforts and partners closely with Commercial Excellence, Marketing, and Sales teams to ensure seamless lead management and pipeline visibility.
